Shelley transitioned to real estate sales in 2004 from a successful career in retail and marketing. She turned those skills into an art form by finding her customers “the right property at the right price, at the right time.” Shelley’s foundational approach is to market properties with creativity, intelligence, and ingenuity. Her mantra, ‘detail is the rule,’ is evidenced in her strong commitment to meeting the needs of her buyers and sellers.
Shelley’s knowledge, experience, intuition, resourcefulness, and negotiating skills complete the package. Her unique expertise in both new development and the resale market sets her apart, as does her collaborative approach to client service.
Through the often complicated real estate process, Shelley feels it’s a good practice to “breathe deeply, laugh loudly and ask questions.” This attitude inspires her ability to transform obstacles into opportunities, with a vital mix of listening, humor, and determination.
Specializing in Brownstone Brooklyn co-op, condo, and new development sales and rentals, Shelley has lived in Brooklyn Heights since graduating from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications.
